Summerfield Recreation Association sponsorship opportunities

Summerfield Recreation Association (SRA) is a nonprofit, volunteer-driven organization committed to providing positive, family-oriented recreational sports experiences for children throughout Summerfield and the surrounding Triad communities.

SRA depends on the generosity of sponsors and volunteers to financially support our youth sports programs and strengthen connections throughout the community. Sponsorship support may include financial assistance, donated services, equipment, or other resources that help SRA continue to grow.

Our youth programs are about much more than playing sports. They are designed to help shape each child’s foundation, provide positive lifelong experiences, and connect families throughout the greater community.

Sponsorship also provides an opportunity to promote your business or organization to a local community network of more than 1,000 athletes, parents, volunteers, spectators, and supporters.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Golden Glove Sponsorship

CUSTOM PARTNERSHIP

Golden Glove Sponsors provide financial or service commitments above and beyond SRA’s standard sponsorship levels. These partnerships can be customized based on the sponsor’s goals and the current needs of the organization.

  • Opportunities to sponsor STARS travel teams, field upgrades, larger projects, equipment leasing, or other major organizational needs
  • Potential naming opportunities for a specific field, scoreboard, facility, or other SRA resource
  • Sponsor name and details acknowledged on the SRA Sponsor Webpage for the year
  • League Sponsorship with the sponsor logo or name displayed on team jersey sleeves for Baseball or Softball
  • Banner with the sponsor logo or name displayed during both the Fall and Spring Baseball and Softball seasons at a Summerfield Elementary School field

MVP Sponsorship

$1,500 PER YEAR

MVP Sponsorship provides year-round recognition across SRA’s three primary sports seasons while helping support hundreds of athletes throughout the community.

  • Team Sponsorship with the sponsor logo or name displayed on the back of a team jersey throughout all three SRA seasons: Spring Baseball/Softball, Fall Baseball/Softball, and Basketball
  • Banner with the sponsor logo or name displayed during both the Fall and Spring Baseball and Softball seasons at a Summerfield Elementary School field
  • Digital team photo for each sponsored team
  • Sponsor name and details acknowledged on the SRA Sponsor Webpage for the year
  • Social media recognition
  • One dedicated email to SRA families per season

$600 PER SEASON

All Star Sponsorship supports one Baseball or Softball team for a single Fall or Spring season while promoting the sponsor throughout the SRA community.

  • Team Sponsorship with the sponsor logo or name displayed on the back of team jerseys for one Baseball or Softball season
  • Banner with the sponsor logo or name displayed during both the Fall and Spring Baseball and Softball seasons at a Summerfield Elementary School field
  • Digital team photo for each sponsored team

$400 PER BASKETBALL SEASON

Team Player Sponsorship is designed specifically for businesses and organizations interested in supporting an SRA Basketball team for one season.

  • Digital team photo for each sponsored team
  • Sponsor name and details acknowledged on the SRA Sponsor Webpage for the year

Sponsor Artwork and Banner Information

SRA will provide each sponsor banner, including installation. Banners may be used for more than one season.

Sponsors should provide their logo as a clear, high-resolution file. Accepted and preferred formats include:

  • JPG
  • PNG
  • SVG
  • AI
  • EPS

AI or EPS files are preferred whenever available. If a submitted logo is declined by the external vendor or cannot be reproduced clearly, the sponsor’s business or organization name will be typed on the banner or jersey instead.
